PMPF Team Profile
I am an accomplished people management professional, seasoned in complex employee relations and with special interest in people services transformation. Over the last 8 years, I worked in senior HR roles across public sector organisations and prior, I worked with one of the largest UK charity organisations in a senior service operations manager role. This unique, powerful combination not only helps me quickly understand how your respective people matters affect your business decisions, but it also enables me to deliver dynamic and effective solutions with empathy.
I am also qualified workplace mediator (ILM accredited).
In my spare time, I enjoy reading period novels and watching period dramas, listening to smooth jazz and spending time with my godchildren. I enjoy running and when I can, I fundraise for Cancer Research UK.
