An accomplished HR professional, Onai has worked in Senior HR Leadership Teams up to Associate Director level, understanding the strategic priorities of organisations and translating these into effective people management practices.
She has led teams across a wide range of people functions including employee relations, shared services, transformation, workforce analytics, talent development, employee experience, recognition and reward. Previously having worked with one of the largest UK charity organisations in a senior operations manager role, she has calved an incredibly unique, powerful combination that enables her to deliver dynamic and effective HR solutions with empathy.
My Specialities
In her spare time, Onai enjoys reading period novels, watching period dramas, listening to smooth jazz and spending time with her godchildren. She enjoys running and when she can, fundraises for charity.
